Dahlias bloom from mid-summer through first-frost and add a dazzling explosion of colors to the garden that is unmatched by any other flowering plant. Their blooms range in size from the minuet, micro-minis, which are less than two-inches in diameter, to the spectacular 12-inch “dinner-plate” blooms.
