The 2025 ADS National Dahlia Show will be open to the public on September 20 and 21 at the Chicago Botanic Gardens.

Saturday, September 20    12 to 4 pm

Sunday, September 21       10 am to 4 pm

     * Bloom Sale                  4 pm

Enter the vibrant world of dahlias at the American Dahlia Society’s 58th National Show. Marvel at thousands of blooms of all sizes and colors, from tiny mignon single flowers to extraordinary giant dahlias, showcased by leading growers and hybridizers from across the US, Canada, and abroad! Additionally enjoy a stunning photography competition and artistic design displays, all featuring beautiful dahlias.


The show is open to the public. Located in Nichols and Burnstein Halls with photography competition on display in Krehbiel Gallery. Browse dahlia-themed products at the Dahlia Boutique and snap a photo with the Flower Tower or Dahlia Frame in Burnstein Hall.

All blooms will be sold to the public starting shortly after 4:00 p.m. on Sunday (cash preferred).


The ADS National Dahlia Show is free to visitors but tickets are needed for entrance to the Chicago Botanic Garden (CBG and reciprocal members get in free).​
